1. Information Governance
PinPoint collects only what is necessary to resolve visual bugs: viewport dimensions, browser metadata, and DOM selectors. We do not track users across the web or sell your data to third-party tactical brokers.
2. Data Encryption
All captured data is encrypted in transit and at rest using bank-grade protocols. Your project markers are visible only to members of your immediate unit.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Google OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. We do not store your Google password. Analytical data is used strictly to optimize the performance of our global infrastructure.
4. Your Rights
You maintain full command over your data. You may delete your account and associated project data at any time through your internal settings dashboard.
